Terms of use, in plain words
Always Celebrate is a place for family and friends to gather photos and memories. These are the ground rules.
What this is
Always Celebrate (run by [Add the business or person's name]) lets a host collect photos, messages and voice recordings from the people they invite. It is free for now. We may change the service, add paid options or limits, or stop offering it, and we will give hosts a chance to download everything first.
Hosts
- You are responsible for who you invite and for what is shared through your invite code, QR code or link. Share them only with people you want to take part.
- You can remove anything from your celebration, and you can download all of it at any time.
- Keep your own copy of anything you can't lose. We back up the database, not the photos, and a storage limit applies to each celebration.
Everyone
- Share only photos and words you have the right to share, and that you would be glad for the family to see.
- Nothing illegal, harassing, hateful or sexual, and nothing that puts a person's safety or privacy at risk.
- You keep ownership of what you share. By sharing it here, you let us store it and show it to the people the host chooses, so the service can work.
- Don't try to get around the site's protections, collect other people's content in bulk, or overload the service.
Taking things down
We can remove content, block a guest or close a celebration that breaks these rules, puts the service at risk or fills the server. When we can, we will tell the host first.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep your memories safe, but the service is provided as it is, without warranties, and we are not liable for lost or unavailable content beyond what the law requires. Please keep copies.
Where this applies
This service is offered in the United States, in English. These terms are governed by the laws of [Add state].
